Sam advises contractors, subcontractors, developers, consultants and legal teams on delay and disruption analysis, contractual claims, dispute strategy, arbitration support and independent reporting.
His experience spans more than 50 building, infrastructure, industrial and water projects, from project delivery and programme controls through to claims preparation, dispute resolution and formal proceedings.
